 Please ensure measurements are taken properly as we do not offer refunds due to improper measurements. Check out our diagram on how to measure your head. We always suggest you get your natural hair flat as possible with small braids or braided straight back before taking your measurements and it is always a good idea to take them twice to make sure you have get the proper fit.

Please Note: Hair extensions come in shades of natural browns. Different sources of light can slightly alter the color appearance.Some units may appear “black’ when they are brown/dark brown due to lighting.If a unit is colored, color will be listed in the description.

For any custom colored unit when being replicated will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and color differently but we will try to get it as closely as possible.
