Custom Wig Orders is 14-21 Business Days Excluding Weekend and Holidays.

Ready To Ship Wigs Orders is 1-3 Business Days or less Excluding Weekends and Holidays.

Pre-Order is 7-21 Business Days Excluding Weekends and Holidays.

Wig Accessories are 1-2  Business Days Excluding Weekends and Holidays.

After the processing period we will create your shipping label and confirmation that will be sent Via Email.   

 Shipping Policy

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipping occurs after the processing has been completed.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number Via Email. Please allow 24-48hrs for the tracking information to update.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be subject to delays. If this is the case we will notify you Via Email.

All packages are shipped USPS with signature confirmation .This is for our protection as well as yours. Billing and Shipping address must match.

Please make sure your Email and Address is Correct before you check out as we are not responsible to do so. In the event that your package Is sent to the wrong address and your package Is returned by the Post Office you are responsible for any additional fees to reship again.

Please Note: Once the United Post Office ships your order Wig Artistry is not responsible for any Loss, Stolen, Damaged or Non Delivered Packages. Please check billing/shipping address ,floor and or apartment number, Shipping and Billing must match or the order will be canceled. We are not liable for replacing your Items. 

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via USPS.com

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather,holidays,natural disasters or carrier delays.
