Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipping occurs after the processing has been completed.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number Via Email. Please allow 24-48hrs for the tracking information to update.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be subject to delays. If this is the case we will notify you Via Email.

All packages are shipped USPS with signature confirmation .This is for our protection as well as yours. Billing and Shipping address must match.

Please make sure your Email and Address is Correct before you check out as we are not responsible to do so. In the event that your package Is sent to the wrong address and your package Is returned by the Post Office you are responsible for any additional fees to reship again.

Please Note: Once the United Post Office ships your order Wig Artistry is not responsible for any Loss, Stolen, Damaged or Non Delivered Packages. Please check billing/shipping address ,floor and or apartment number, Shipping and Billing must match or the order will be canceled. We are not liable for replacing your Items.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via USPS.com

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather,holidays,natural disasters or carrier delays.

Unfortunately due to the nature of this product refunds or exchanges will not be issued. Wig Artistry strives to provide each customer with excellent customer service. If the mistake is on our behalf we will happily correct the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it please immediately contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Disclaimers

Please Note: Hair extensions come in shades of natural browns. Lighting from our studio can slightly alter the color appearance.Some units may appear “black’ when they are brown/dark brown due to lighting.If a unit is colored, color will be listed in the description.

For any custom colored unit when being replicated will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and color differently but we will try to get it as closely as possible.
